The Test Of Time Weddings has had a complete website overhaul. New look from top to bottom. Also, finally got the website for The Test Of Time Rentals up and running. I have been picking up some great new pieces for our sister company, The Test Of Time Rentals! One Year and Two Days

Happy Anniversary to me and my stunning wife! Monday, June 18th, marked the one year anniversary of the day I was lucky enough to say "I Do" to the woman of my dreams!

Our Wedding is Done!

Brook and I are now married! Ater months of planning and my own business having to be put on hold, our wedding was a success and I am now Mrs. Medeiros! I can now focus completely on my business as a wedding planner as well as add in a new division and expand! The Test Of Time Wedding is now expanding and adding on The Test Of Time Vintage Rentals. We have all kinds of vintage rentals for your wedding, photoshoots, or any other event. We are constantly adding to our inventory and if you are looking for something specific, please ask. If we don't have it, we will do our best to find it for you.

New Package Option!

Today The Test of Time Weddings is proud to launch a new package option! It is named after the fabulous Elizabeth Taylor! With this package we will help with the pre-wedding details. We will advise with the flowers, dresses, linens, vendors, registries, etc. Whatever you need help with! We will also create your Wedding Day Timeline and distribute it to your vendors. And most importantly, we will help prepare you for the unexcepted and eliminate the pre-wedding stress!

Wish Upon A Wedding

Wish Upon A Wedding just lauched in January! If you haven't heard about this amazing organization, listen up! Wish Upon A wedding is the nations first and only wedding wish granting organization. They produce weddings and civil unions at destinations across the nation for terminally ill individuals, regardless of sexual orientation!

Wish Upon A Wedding's first wedding will be March 13th and will join Florence and Michael! (for their story grab some tissue and click here and here!) Their gorgeous engagement photos were captured by one of the many generous Wish Granters, Stellasweet Photography, who will also be filming their wedding day.

National Wedding Month!!

So apparently I need to start paying better attention to this kind of stuff. I just found out that February is National Wedding Month! So rather than offering some special and then only giving you one day to react, I have decided to extend National Wedding Month one more month and continue to celebrate through March by offering $300 my "Audrey" and "Marilyn" packages! Candyce & Justin's wedding is next weekend! I can't wait! Candyce and Justin are such an awesome couple and have been such a joy to work with. I think I will be sad when it is all over.

Happy Turkey & Pie Day! 2010 Special!

Well the holidays are fast approaching! I can't believe this year is coming to an end so quickly. In some exciting news, I just completed my training with the ACPWC (Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants) and received my certificate in the mail the other day! I am so excited and can't wait to work toward my "Certified" title!

Other excited things (and this pertains to all of you), The Test Of Time Weddings is offering a great special for 2010! Going Back To School!

On Monday I start my wedding planner certification class through ACPWC! I can't wait! I got a late start enrolling so I have been swamped in homework preparing for the class. That is why I haven't been posting much lately. Well, I decide to take a short break from the piles of work and let everyone in on the news!

Appart from that, I got a review on OneWed.com so I get this neeat little badge I can put on my site! Yippee!

More good news! I got my business cards finally! Next step, my actual website!

Well I will try to keep everyone updated on how the class is going. Hopefully I will have time but I am sure next week I will be buried in homework! I can't wait! I am so excited to finally be taking the next step toward my dream!

Our First Wedding! A Success!

The Test Of Time Weddings had our first wedding this past Saturday. Marianne and Jeff are now Mr. & Mrs. DeLumpa! Everything went smoothly with a few minor snags (as is expected) but were handled quickly and smoothly! My assistant, Rebecca, and I were so exhausted by the end but excited and happy with the result. Our biggest lesson for the day was to wear comfy shoes. My feet are still hurting.

Everything was beautiful, especially the bride and groom! Marianne and Jeff were absolutely glowing the entire night!

Never, Ever Again!

That apple diet was the worst. I think I actually only made it about another hour or so after I wrote my last post. I felt just awful that day. Eating nothing but apples was such a bad idea. I was shaking, dizzy, and had a horrible headache. Please, never, ever try this diet!

An Apple a Day...

I started this new detox diet today. You eat nothing but apples for 3 days! My friend/assistant talked me into this. I am half a day in and feel awful. I have eaten 3 apples in about 4 hours and have had 2 cups of herbal tea. I am starving and tired. I can do this though! It is only 3 days. I need a nap!

I am finally realizing my dream of becoming a wedding planner. I am still at the start of getting it all up and running. However, I have my first clients and am very excited for their weddings.
